 Our woodpecker feeders are hand-crafted and each one takes
significant time to create. Each woodpecker feeder is
custom crafted from natural cedar and finished by hand (I know, I
am the one doing the work). Because the cedar
differs from one log to the next, no two will be alike and they
won't look "perfect" - that's the idea of creating a natural
woodpecker feeder!

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you always use our "preferred"
Attractor™ Nutritional Roasted Peanut Suet,

Attractor™ Nutritional Sunflower Hearts Suet for a successful experience.
Standard suet blocks or suet tubes will be more difficult to work with, will be of
inferior quality, and too greasy to handle.

Whatever you want to call them, these feeders
had "issues" when we made them. It could be a a
big crack in the wood or a knot that fell out.
These "as-is" feeders still work, but may not look as perfect as
our regular feeders. In some cases, there
may be a
hole in the wood, making a feeding port less than ideal.
In this case, just don't fill that particular feeding
port if you like. In other instances, the feeder
may be an inch or two shorter than our regular 'Angle' woodpecker
feeders because we had to trim off some unusable cedar. Other than that, these
"reject" feeders will work just fine!
