is everything you need to know about shipping
your woodpecker feeder from
Woodpecker-Feeder.com.
Shipping Method.
To ensure fast delivery and to keep costs as low as
possible, we ship via USPS Prioity Mail. USPS Priority
Mail ships anywhere in the United States to include Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and A.P.O.’s., and even including PO
Boxes!
Shipping &
Handling Costs
Shipping & handling is a
flat rate of $12.99 per case, regardless of which item you
buy. Suet is
kind of heavy in a 20-pack case, and you can enjoy the
convenience of getting our suet delivered to your door,
not having to lug it home, and you save time and gas money
as well!
Shipping Insurance
Everything we ship is insured, so you need not worry about a
lost or damaged shipment. Once we are notified of a
missing order (typically after 4 or 5 business days), we
immediately ship a replacement order to you.

Orders Damaged in
Shipping. On the rare occasion that you receive
a product
from us that was damaged in transit, we will replace the product
at no charge to you. Please refuse shipment and
tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the
package is damaged. Then
contact us to inform us of
the situation. If you are not present at the time of
delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please
contact us to
make arrangements for returning the damaged product.
Shipping Refunds.
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an
item sent to you in error, a defective item, or an order
damaged in shipping. This refund will automatically be
issued, once we receive and inspect the returned product. If only a
portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping
costs will be prorated. Please see the
Returns Policy for
further details.
We will also pay for return shipping for product that was
sent to you in error, received in a defective condition, or was damaged in
shipping. Additional details can be found in the
Returns Policy. If you believe you qualify and would
like us to pay for return shipping, you must
contact us before
attempting to return the product. COD shipments will not
be accepted.
Credit Card Statement.
Your credit card statement will read GOLDEN SERVICES, INC.,
so please be on the lookout for this. If you aren't
sure or have any questions at all, please
contact us!
Chargebacks to your credit card are incredibly costly and
time consuming and we really want to prevent these from
happening. Thanks for your help with this!
